Titan supported targeted improvements at Poly Prep Country Day School's Performing Arts Center, ensuring the facility remained safe, functional, and ready to serve students year-round.
The scope included temporary roof protection at 227 Battery Avenue to prevent water intrusion; painting and protection of exposed steel columns at the PAC exterior; interior office repairs with demolition of damaged gypsum board, reframing, mold-resistant drywall, and full finishing; and general campus repairs including paving adjustments, paver relocation, and parking lot cutout clearing.
Through these improvements, Titan preserved the PAC as a safe and welcoming environment for arts, performances, and school events.
