In our development practice, Titan sits on the other side of the table. We're not the contractor being hired — we're the owner-developer assembling the team. From site acquisition and entitlements through design team selection and construction delivery, we manage the full lifecycle of a development project.

This means we hire the architect. We select the general contractor — sometimes ourselves. We manage zoning, feasibility, and pro forma analysis. For property owners and investors who want a single point of accountability from concept to certificate of occupancy, our development services provide turnkey project delivery.

On GC, CM, and FM engagements Titan is the party being retained. On development, Titan flips to the owner's seat — hiring the architect, selecting the GC, and carrying the project from site acquisition to certificate of occupancy. Our current flagship development is 1701 Macombs Road in the Bronx.
