That idea started on a single advisory engagement for a Brooklyn medical facility. It shaped everything that followed.

What began as pre-construction advice became a full-service construction firm. By embedding with architects and owners during Schematic Design and Design Development, Titan brings construction reality into the design process — catching issues before they become change orders, tightening budgets, and getting projects built the way they were designed.

Early-Phase Involvement
Most GCs receive finished Construction Documents and compete on price. We join your project during Schematic Design or Design Development, when construction reality can still shape the design. The result: fewer change orders, fewer surprises, and a budget that holds.
Catching constructability issues at SD costs a fraction of catching them at CD — and often avoids the change order entirely.
In-House Execution
Experienced construction managers and direct-hire concrete, rebar, and finishing crews — all under one roof. When execution stays in-house, accountability is direct, communication is short, and schedules hold.
