Poly Prep Country Day School — General Construction

Titan Development and Construction delivered a wide range of structural, site, and campus infrastructure improvements at Poly Prep Country Day School's 9216 7th Avenue campus.

The scope included engineering and construction of a sheet-pile pond retaining wall with new foundations, drainage systems, and code-required inspections; replacement of deteriorated sidewalks and roadway sections reinforced with rebar for heavy campus traffic; and localized masonry repointing, precast repairs, brick replacement, and water mitigation to protect the building envelope.

Building improvements covered insulated window and secure entry installations — including a 90-minute fire-rated electric room door — rehabilitation of the alumni bathroom with upgraded finishes and fixtures, campus house foundation reinforcements with new cellar egress and office renovations, and outdoor upgrades including benches, paving adjustments, and hardscape improvements.

This scope strengthened the campus infrastructure, extended building life, and provided safe, durable improvements across Poly Prep's grounds.
