Titan executed multiple interior renovation projects at Poly Prep Country Day School focused on learning environments and athletic facilities repurposed for education.
The legacy squash courts were fully transformed into a wrestling practice facility with wall sheathing, plywood base installations, and custom wrestling mat integration. Staircase A was rehabilitated with concrete patching, painting, and refinished stair stringers to restore daily circulation paths. Room 221 received controlled ceiling demolition for investigative and preparatory classroom upgrades.
Titan also provided labor and move coordination for classroom setups, SAT exam logistics, and music room transitions, along with campus bench installations and general upgrades supporting flexible student gathering areas — creating modern, adaptable environments for Poly Prep students.
