Crumbl Cookies — Oceanside

Titan Development and Construction completed the full interior build-out of the new Crumbl Cookies retail bakery at 3554 Long Beach Road in Oceanside, NY — converting a raw retail space into a fully operational, code-compliant bakery designed to meet national franchise standards.

The scope covered selective demolition and preparation; new partitions, ceilings, finishes, and flooring aligned with Crumbl's branding; HVAC, plumbing with grease trap, electrical distribution, lighting, and fire alarm systems; ADA accessibility, fire protection, and New York Health Department compliance; and integration of specialty bakery equipment, custom millwork, and brand-specific fixtures. Titan oversaw permits and approvals through DOB-approved plans, Health Department clearance, and a new Certificate of Occupancy.

Contracted as a 70-day fast-track build-out with incentives for early completion, the project was structured around strict quality, schedule, and safety standards — delivering a bright, modern bakery that brings Crumbl's signature cookie experience to the Long Island community.
