1532 Grand Concourse — Essen Radiology & Urgent Care

Titan Development and Construction has been awarded the full build of a new radiology center and urgent care facility at 1532 Grand Concourse, Bronx, NY. This project is being completed under contract with Pioneer Builders Group and in coordination with TPD Architecture, PLLC.

The scope encompasses a ground-up interior and structural redevelopment to transform the space into a state-of-the-art medical facility: full removal of existing interior partitions, ceilings, and mechanical systems; reinforced slab modifications, underpinning, and structural framing per DOB-approved plans; and new HVAC rooftop units, ductwork, plumbing systems, and electrical distribution to meet NYC Energy Code and DOB requirements.

The specialty buildout delivers custom exam rooms, triage areas, restrooms, registration and reception desks, staff lounges, and millwork built to healthcare standards — finished with high-performance flooring, medical-grade wall systems, ceilings, and lighting throughout. Fire alarm systems, accessibility upgrades, energy efficiency measures, and NYC DOB progress inspections ensure full compliance.

The project carries a contract value of $1.98 million with a targeted completion of 203 calendar days from commencement. Titan is delivering the entire facility from demolition through final finishes, ensuring a complete, ready-to-operate urgent care and radiology center for the Bronx community.
