800 Saint Ann's Avenue — Primary & Urgent Care

Titan Development and Construction has completed the renovation and fit-out of a 5,315 sq ft Primary and Urgent Care Center at 800 Saint Ann's Avenue in the Bronx, converting a former clinic space into a state-of-the-art medical facility designed to meet Article 28 Department of Health standards.

The scope began with full demolition of the existing interiors and continued through new partitions, finishes, and specialized medical spaces including 13 exam rooms, triage, reception, patient and staff restrooms, a conference room, staff lounge, storage areas, and medication and utility rooms.

Titan managed the entire build-out across all trades: complete plumbing upgrades with new sinks, ADA-compliant toilets, and utility fixtures; new supply and return ductwork, fire/smoke dampers, rooftop exhaust systems, and air balancing; LED lighting, hospital-grade outlets, IT/data wiring, emergency and exit lighting, and breaker panel tie-ins; and an upgraded sprinkler system, addressable fire alarm with strobes and pull stations, nurse call and panic devices, and ADA-compliant signage.

The completed center provides a modern, safe, and fully code-compliant environment to support efficient patient care and community health services.
