572 1st Street — Poly Prep Country Day School

Titan Development and Construction partnered with Poly Prep Country Day School to complete renovations and upgrades at their 1st Street campus. The project was executed with close coordination to meet the school's high standards and ensure minimal disruption to daily operations.

The scope included classroom and facility improvements with upgraded finishes, flooring, and ceiling systems; mechanical, electrical, and plumbing upgrades to support long-term functionality and energy efficiency; fire alarm, sprinkler, and code compliance upgrades for a safer learning environment; new cabinetry, doors, and hardware to complement the school's design requirements; and selective exterior improvements to entrances and the building envelope for durability and accessibility.
