3134 East Tremont Avenue — Conversion & Alteration

Titan Development and Construction has been engaged by Bronx Treatment Center to deliver a full interior conversion and alteration of its new facility at 3134 East Tremont Avenue, Bronx, NY, with TPD Architecture, PLLC as architect. The project modernizes the existing space into a high-performing healthcare environment designed to support patient care, staff efficiency, and long-term durability — with Titan responsible for completing the project from start to finish in compliance with DOB and DOH requirements.

Architectural and interior upgrades include selective demolition, new partition layouts for exam rooms, triage, waiting, registration, and support areas; durable vinyl plank and tile flooring; updated wall finishes, millwork, and cabinetry; a new registration desk and enlarged accessible restrooms; and complete ceiling replacement with new lighting layouts.

Building systems were rebuilt throughout: rooftop units replaced with structural reinforcement; new ductwork, air distribution, and controls to healthcare mechanical standards; new domestic water, sanitary, and vent piping with ADA-compliant fixtures, trap primers, thermostatic mixing valves, expansion tanks, backflow preventers, and leak detection; and new electrical distribution with upgraded lighting, power, panels, exit signage, and a fire alarm system coordinated with the sprinkler scope.

The project reached substantial completion in November 2025.
