376 Hawthorne Street — Residence Rehabilitation

Titan Development and Construction renovated a multi-level residence at 376 Hawthorne Street, transforming underutilized areas and modernizing key rooms with custom millwork, upgraded baths, and coordinated MEP improvements. The work focused on durable finishes, smart storage, and premium fixtures to elevate daily living while preserving a clean, cohesive aesthetic throughout the home.

Basement upgrades included custom timber shelving, self-leveling and ceramic wood-look tile across the hall and main room, a new standing shower with full finishes, and a replacement rear door with integrated window and blinds. First-floor enhancements rehung the apartment door for better flow, added glass display shelving, and improved bedroom closets with new doors and lighting. Upper floors received finished timber wall shelving and optimized closet storage throughout.

Premium bath fixtures — including power washlets with dedicated electrical supply — anchor the upgraded bathrooms. Titan delivered general conditions and site coordination, selective demolition, carpentry and custom millwork, tile and flooring, bathroom build-out, doors and hardware, targeted electrical, and painting and finishes across all levels.
