Barclays Center — Plaza & Exterior Improvements

Titan Development and Construction has been a trusted partner to the Barclays Center, delivering a wide range of projects to enhance the venue's safety, functionality, and appearance — structural upgrades, plaza improvements, interior restorations, and DOT compliance work that keep this world-class arena operating at the highest standards.

Exterior and plaza enhancements restored over 9,000 SF of concrete pavers along Flatbush Avenue, Atlantic Avenue, and Dean Street — substrate replacement, epoxy grout, masonry sealing, and phased construction coordinated around arena events. Titan corrected 3,950 SF of DOT sidewalk violations with reinforced 4,000 PSI concrete, restored 12 tree pits with permeable gravel bases, repaired bollard pits with stainless steel linings, fabricated and installed steel security bollards and goal-post barriers at vehicle areas, and provided custom diamond-finish steel cover plates for plaza electrical boxes.

Structural and interior work included the design, fabrication, and installation of two steel mezzanines with storage bays and removable railings to expand back-of-house capacity; a 19' × 28' suite-level temporary room with full framing, drywall, and finishes; kitchen floor restorations in the Qatar and 40/40 kitchens; reinforced concrete block replacement at the TE1 vehicle lift; and 90 LF of restored concrete curbs with new steel angles at the event level.

Each scope was executed with precision, phased planning, and attention to both aesthetics and performance — from public-facing sidewalks and plazas to specialized event-level and kitchen restorations.
